i promise to take one (1) risk each day ok well at least 5 days a week that i very well may fail at. i have to start and i have to really try, give it a solid effort. if i fail it's ok. if it's hard it's ok. if i'm tired i can work through it. i can move through frustration.
also i will stretch every day.
